OBIEE 12c Unable to Login to RPD in Online mode

Hi,

We are unable to login to RPD in online mode,it says Logon Failed.

We have verified all policies ,roles security ,Init Blocks etc,But still unable to login to the RPD in online mode.

Even we have uploaded a sample rep with one SA with one Dim and fact,but still we are unable to login.

Your help is really appreciated.

    Hello,

    What does it say on the Admintool logs/ obis-diagnostic.log?

    Also when you create a JDBC driver on Windows, are you able to connect there and able to see the subject areas?

    Post us more info such as some logs and screenshots to check.
