[Error] Deploy WriteBack in OBIEE 12c

Hi, I'm having trouble deploying the Write back on Bi 12c.

There are 4 templates in different folders and I do not know the reason for the error

    1st question: have you restarted the services after setting up the template?

    @FTisiot is not neccesary to restart the services it just only neccesary to restart metadata..

    return to the question and issue.. as you see in the answers XML template wb_classification, you set up @{c1} you mean that your column id in the XML of the analysis object its c1.

    Hi

    1. Correct path to XML-templates

    .../bi/bidata/service_instances/ssi/metadata/content/msgdb 

    2. Your XML-template, that was made here - will active in the english-interface

    .../bi/bidata/service_instances/ssi/metadata/content/msgdb/l_en/customMessages/<YOUR_XML_TEMPLATE>

    If you enter to analytics using english-interface, your analysis should be working

    3. For spanish-interface, you need change XML-template :

    a. in XML-template, replace lang="en-us" to lang="es-ww"

    b. and make XML-template here

    .../bi/bidata/service_instances/ssi/metadata/content/msgdb/l_es/customMessages/<YOUR_XML_TEMPLATE>

    (it's really funny - you can make different templates for different languages)

    4. But, if you need universal XML-template, that will work for all languages, make XML-template here:

    .../bi/bidata/service_instances/ssi/metadata/content/msgdb/customMessages/<YOUR_XML_TEMPLATE>

    Hi, I made these changes, but with no results.
    I uploaded another machine and reinstalled, the write black changes worked correctly.
