Your reputation matters – especially within a dynamic community such as ours. By becoming a trusted member of the community, your professional reputation and personal brand get a big boost.
And it’s easy to do. You have two ways to manage your reputation within the Oracle Analytics Community: achieve Rank Levels and acquire Badges. You may also be included into the Oracle Analytics Ambassadors as you continue to be a top contributor!
Ambassadors
The Oracle Analytics Ambassadors is a group of individuals who highly contribute to the community website. The Oracle Analytics Ambassadors are nominated every year starting on January 1st based on the points they collected during the previous calendar year. They are part of the top 50 non-Oracle contributors.
As an Oracle Analytics Ambassador, your picture is included on the community homepage. You are also invited to specific events and get direct meetings and contacts with Product Strategy and Product Management.
Ranks
Rank Levels are awarded for points earned through contributions to the community and establishes your reputation within Cloud Customer Connect. You are awarded a Certificate of Achievement when you've reached a certain point level, with the option to add it to your LinkedIn profile. Because your Rank Level journey is an ongoing one, you earn points every time you post a new topic, submit an idea, comment on an existing post, get a Like or an Upvote by other members, or providing a best answer. Ranks might be redefined every year as the community is currently exponentially growing.
Badges
Badges are a way of displaying your knowledge and expertise, and you collect them as you contribute to the community. They are earned when you have met the requirements for achieving a particular badge.
