Hi Gopi, we are getting the similar kind of issue in 12.2.1.4 For Ex GL Period name displaying the data as Apr-18,May-18etc in answers and when we export to excel its going behind one month like Mar-18,Apr-18 etc. We have applied the patch Patch 27286825 but still didn't fixed. we are not facing this issue in OBIEE…

and in the existing webconfig element,we have following. WebConfig xmlns="oracle.bi.presentation.services/config/v1.1" Do you want us to replace this with xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" ?

Hi Christian, Thanks for your response. I have one question on updating this instance config file. As i didnt see xsi:typpe = 'csv',so do i need to same as like below for csv also ? <Export xsi:type="csv"> <DataValue>UseRawValue</DataValue> <RepeatRows>false</RepeatRows> </Export>

When i opened the csv file in text editor i got the right format as 'MMM-YY' But how can we explain to Business Users that its working fine as expected in other formats except in csv.
