I was just working on typing the same thing out, you beat me to it.
-
Sorry, didn't read your post carefully. I will try this and report results.

How would 2 authentication providers work for 2FA exactly? If I configured 2 providers, both SUFFICIENT, wouldn't 1 of them just let you in if you existed there?
-
Thanks for the google results Sherry. I've updated my request, need a native/creative solution (because I know weblo supports 2FA and MFA).
-
Thank you Gianni for the insight. I'm unclear as to how to do this with a GET or POST request. That's what I was originally looking for, even though your answer is helpful in a general direction sort of way. Can you help with that piece? Referring to this part of your comment: So you can simulate a login (posting the form…

Which version/s of OBIEE?
-
I do have a particular model built already which is what I'm using for just the dashboard prompt values. SO, to sum up, All Column Values is not supposed to work with a DDR?
-
That was the interesting part, when I did that, nothing seemed to have passed to the query. The query ran with just the default value I have setup in the Presentation Variable reference in my query.
-
Christian, I'm referring to this method: OBIEE in IL: OBIEE - Direct Database Request and Presentation Variables You recommended an Opaque View in the conversation but I just wanted to make sure there was no way to do All Column Values via this method before I tried an Opaque View and the modeling thereof.

Thank you for the confirmation.
-
Don't have an RPD model built yet to support logical SQL, this was a POC we wanted to do if possible.
-
The issue was with the DB, I wasn't made aware that the DB was upgraded recently and the TNSNAMES was changed. Thank you all for your efforts.
-
Both of those and just SID as well.
-
It is only 1 application server so I'm still unsure as to how a "workstation" will make a difference. The server that hosts the application (OBIEE) has the drivera/client installed. I unfortunately cannot provide screenshots beyond what I've mentioned already. I can post logs etc though if you'd like anything in particular.
-
Yes I am, but how does that matter? When you ask if my SID "needs" to be fully qualified, how does that create the difference in behavior I'm talking about? I have tried both though and the error is the same.
-
Just tried it, same error.
-
No, never had to do that before. Just use the name of the connection pool. You think that would help? With the quotes?
-
Yes I can, I can do both.
-
Thank you sir. That answers my question.
