We guess ,its not communicating so that's the reason it is throwing "Failed to open connection to smtp server".... can you please suggest us how to resolve this

we are not sure about it , but able to run the scheduled job successfully....

thanks for Reply, It is throwing error as "Failed to open connection to smtp server" we gave proper credentials but still we cant receive any mail...
