Dear Sir, Since I am not being able to login via any logins I am stuck in the middle way. Either I have to revert the changes or I need to resolve the issue. Since I have no expert knowledge about the obiee security, can you please guide me to get out of this mess. Regards Sumendra 

Since there we didn't find the option to create new user. So we have switched to BI Publisher Security. I thought its permission level issue. And as per the image you have shown there is no such option like oracle fusion middleware.
