This is the exact issue I'm having. Windows 7 and Windows 10. Both OS's are having the same issue.

Hello, We are having the same problem. Except I'm getting no error whenever I try to proceed, the application just freezes and doesn't allow me to go any further or even quit the application unless I end the task. I attached a screenshot of what I'm getting. Has this issue been resolved?
