You are right, from BI Systems standpoint Maximum recipients Value of zero means no maximum value set. Technically, you should face no issues from BI Systems. However, you need to work with the SMTP server admin to see any filter set for spam or any limits sets for bulk emails.

In the earlier post, you have set the Maximum recipients to 100, hence Email server control mechanism is activated to control spam emails. if you expect 500 emails, change the Maximum number of recipients to 500
