Hi @Greg Faris yes, the permissions are set at the folder level. You can allow a group of users to be in charge of the dashboard menu folder with permissions and only allow this group to save/copy/move their dashboards/workbooks to this folder.

@Doug Ross yes - I believe product development will have to provide some kind of fine grain permissions and ability to enable/disable based on the subject area, basically like the option we have for dataset.
