I think having a read-only experience is what is requested by customers and something easier to access and faster to use. I don't think opening Oracle SQL Developer Web might be a replacement to this idea as some customers are not using it. But maybe others have different point of views.

Yes - you need to right-click to see the data action on tile. If you are requesting a "1-click" using left button, then please rename the title of this idea. Hi @Greg Faris yes, the permissions are set at the folder level. You can allow a group of users to be in charge of the dashboard menu folder with permissions and only allow this group to save/copy/move their dashboards/workbooks to this folder.
