I believe the issue is due to the tile and possible a maximum value threshold. This dashboard was built in 2018. I can successfully run by replacing the current tile views with the Performance Tile view. I guess it's possible over the past 7 years that the tile we originally used has been updated.

We have many scheduled reports that require manual steps to export and password protect before distributing.

We have weekly/monthly reports for recipients which contain sensitive data. I believe our options are to manually run/password protect/then email or add to a dashboard add security security for the user and dashboard. Some reports are only for a single or small group of users.
