This would be huge for us too. We have many man reports and the need for renaming can occur fairly often but because of the links breaking it creates a huge project just to get all the reports re-linked manually.

We have this issue now too. When you attempt to select an analysis model you cant even navigate to select one, i have tried both through the navigation and by providing the path with no luck. allows us to reduce the number of BI reports required. reduces number of sysadmin installations as dynamic queries remove the need to change/install BI reports all the time. helps with defining sql for BI reports when used. helps with diagnosing data issues.

Glen from our experience it isn't a sql injection issue. The ref cursor method we are using does not have the ability to do any data manipulation, just data querying. Which is great as I'd see injection as a huge hole in security too.
