I agree with pat.shah....It's a good idea to archive Shared Folders(admin level) and individual users should archive their own folders... Problem is not only in deleting accidently but also modifying the query or analysis by mistake. Recycle Bin can solve the problem of deleting but not modification....

Are you sure about this requirement? Like in our environment key users are able to access OTBI subject areas but they cannot create any Data Model..

Agreed...guided process itself is very slow and this missing option adds to it... I usually avoid using this guided process. BI publisher template builder is a faster option.

I am in favor of existing feature because a report can contain multiple template/layouts and in that case it helps the users to identify the template used when the report was run. I recommend to have meaningful Layout/Template name while designing the report instead of asking for changing current behavior.
