Weird. I went to BIP Desktop Installation folder, and I cannot find TemplateBuilder.dot I understand .DOT files should be there right?

I downloaded and installed Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.2.0 for 64 bit Office on Windows Then I went to Word and no AddIn showed up on toolbar. So I went to Options > Addins And I saw BI Publisher Addin UNCHECKED. I checked it back, click on Accept and still no Addin, even after restart. I also checked "enable or…
