Attention ORACLE: More than 4 years later, 342 VIEWS with 37 votes, why hasn't this been resolved? Or more importantly, when can we expect this to be addressed? (Or, what's it going to take to get someone to take this seriously???!)

I know this is an old thread, but we're still seeing this problem today (2023), and there's no answer to this question. So, Anyone know how to make it faster? Is there a setting? That aside... This is actually a big deal -- and a very good idea, indeed. For the record, the workbook from Maxime Pignot-Oracle is a great start, but it's definitely not a solution for the problem Gail Langendorf-Oracle describes (the OP). It is a stop-gap workaround, at best, for what remains a fairly narrow slice of end users.…

Maybe I'm missing something, but it's almost as if Oracle doesn't want Cloud Application customers to use SQL to retrieve data directly from the database, but they haven't provided a meaningful replacement. Along those lines, the impending phase-out of Direct Database Queries as a "delivery mechanism" is a real bummer.…

In fact, none of the Procurement Subject Areas appear to contain the Receipt Date—other than the empty Invoice.Receipt Date and the erroring Delivery Obsolete.Receipt Date fields mentioned above.
