Hi Pawel, What you need is to create a cartesian product between the two table, so it is basically a no join situation (outer join does not help here). The only way I can think of doing it is to create a SQL based data set that selects the relevant data from both tables without a join. Once you have done that, you will…

Hi Pawel, On #1 please see the response to the other post. On #2, in the project define My Calculation which is Hrs/40. It should give you the value that you need. My Calculation formulas will always be performed after the aggregation that is applied to the measure in the Viz. The screenshot shows utilization per employee…

The Aggregate workaround will work, but we are going to treat it as an issue and resolve it in an upcoming release. Thanks, Gabby

Hi Pawel, If you have zeros or nulls for the employee in that week, it should work. The issue is if you do not have any record of that employee in that week range (no null or zero). In this case, the range of the query will not have any row with that employee so the rows will not be shown. You have to have at least an…

I think the ask is for a specific drill down visual experience not definition of hierarchies in datasets.

It is based on what you choose in the 'Present' properties. The default is actually the Workbook name.

Session timeouts is managed by the identify management system not specific services. In IDCS/IAM there is a way to setup timeout policies. Both offer settings for session timeouts (inactive) and session duration (active).

TBD. Yes, Parameters will not be in the January update which is the basis for OAS, however, we are still looking at ways to include it into OAS. It is not lost on us that the delay puts the OAS inclusion at risk and we do not want OAS customers to wait another year for the capability. Unless there will be an additional…

Updated Aug 2023 We planned GA during the first half of 2023 but got delayed a bit; currently in Preview (July update).

Admins can now access the artifact in case they want to change ownership or delete. To edit they first need to take ownership.

You can also find JDBC drivers for MS Access and use that with OAC. Have not tested them but there are quite a few of them out there and should work with the OAC JDBC connectivity (via RDG).

Can you post a screenshot with an example?

Azure Synapse is already supported by OAC, it will come to OAS in the next OAS update (OAS 2023). I believe you are is also using OAC or moving to OAC.

Attached is a data flow example, you can see my start and end dataset in the images (remove the ".ai" extension from the DVA file). Remove Duplicates.dva.ai .

TBD for OAS 2023, but the plan is that it will work in the same way. We do have a requirement to maintain a number for OAS due to some internal Oracle-wide systems, but even this year we referred to OAS as OAS 2022. Nice thing about months is that now if someone will tell you that something is scheduled for the November…

The What's New document in each update lists the new APIs, we'll work with the outbound team that is responsible for the published roadmap to see if some of these topics can be surfaced on the o.com page as well. When it comes to controlling visual content there are already capabilities to do some of that. Our focus is on…

As some of you described, doing ActAs responsibly is not the same feature that exists in OBIEE and a completely new system will need to be developed in order to allow it. Even with your suggestions, it will still not pass any security review because it is a high level of access with auditing but no gate. Regardless,…

Given the long list of APIs, this is not a single idea. New APIs are being published with every release, as service management is available, snapshots are already delivered and soon to be followed by system settings. We plan to continue into other product areas based on specific prioritization based on customer use cases.…

Starting with the July update, Thumbnails moved to be a background process and the message to 'skip' is no more.
