Ok, but based on https://gianniceresa.com/2017/03/scripts-to-use-agents-in-obiee-12c-mass-enabling-and-execution-from-a-page/ if I'm an OBI Admin user, I could at least reactivate all agents under Shred Folder, right? No matter who created them?

Oh! So, that means that we have to warn hundred of users that their agents won't be effective until they reactivate them!
