Yes the issue might be with chrome setup. I have already done the setting mentioned above but still I am getting the same issue

Hi Sricharan, This workaround is working, but I was looking for if we can enable download feature only.

Rotate Clockwise and Print are working fine. For the download option it is allowing to save the output only in html format and not pdf
