Many Thanks @Jacques V.-Oracle for the response. Few more doubts Before using either of them, we would like to know below details around Oracle Default LLM (with 10 OCPU) or registering External (OpenAI) LLM. If we use External LLM, how costing model works? Will it be Natwest to OpenAI agreement or Oracle has any part to…

@Jacques V.-Oracle - Would like to confirm my understanding around usage of Oracle Default LLM or OpenAI External LLM. Currently If we have 10 OCPU limit then we can use Oracle Default LLM or the OpenAI option enabled in Console - OpenAI LLM will work for any shapes lower then 10 OCPU? There is no common in dimTB2 and DB1.TAB1. Both tables are separate in BMM and logical left outer joined.
-
Basically When i apply filter (analytics) on left out joined table, OACS BI server makes the inner join and if i do not apply filter on left outer joined table - it makes the outer join as mentioned in BMM layer. For ex. TB2 is the left outer joined table select TB1.* , TB2.* FROM DB1.TAB1 left Outer Join DB2.TB2

Any update further please?

Thanks @Gianni Ceresa for responding. I verified within my abilities - Next to "Logical Request (before navigation)" section - The logical query seed the plan cache contains the below string. InnerJoin (Eager) <<34169891>> On D901.c2 = D902.c2 and D901.c5 = D902.c3; actual join vectors: [ 0 1 ] = [ 0 1 ] which clearly…

Looking for this option in OACS. But to use the connection in JDBC in Semantic Modeler, first we need to create the connection in Data-Connection using RDG and then use that name in RPD connection pool and convert the RPD in form of Semantic Modeler. Hope my understandingn is correct.
-
Thanks for the confirmation. There are two options, Could you please convert which option we need to choose while converting the RPD in SM. We are creating jdbc connection directly in RPD Connection pool - Call interface - JDBC (Direct Driver) and connection string has all details of connection and using username and…

Kindly verify - Semantic Modeler supports generic JDBC connections Build generic JDBC connections to access and model data sources with Semantic Modeler. See Data Sources Supported for Semantic Models. https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/analytics-cloud/acsds/jdbc-generic.html#GUID-7467C109-C31E-47F0-937D-C44CF22D02A8

Has this been incorporated in Semantic Modeler. Could see similar enhancement in OACS Sep2024 version.

@Adam Bloom-Oracle - We are able to execute the agent using SOAPUI application as suggested in Oracle's SR (3-37516008371 : OBIEE to OACS Migration: Agent Triggering Using Shell Script Automatically functionality) We would to call the agent from unix box now but not getting the curl command to do the same.

@Pravin Janardanam-Oracle - Could you please share the steps on Home page or catalog page export that how query runs only once.

Thanks Adam. Good to hear from you. We will check the options and get back. Much Appreciated.
