I would agree with everything Mike said. His parameters for what OTBI is using match what I have seen, and I agree OTBI and FDI/FAW should match. Also point in time reporting on this field would be amazing!

Commenting to increase visibility. We have the same question. Is there anywhere we can report on the job qualifications within model profiles?

Mike said it perfectly. We have "hires" that start many months out (so they are not in the processed state yet). It is currently very difficult to get a count of openings left to fill in FDI without this metric that exists in OTBI.

Did this field get added and if so can you share the field name?
