Thank you, everyone, for your input and responses. We have identified an issue: we need to open a new ESSSVR port range (31768–32768) to allow communication from the OAS server to the Essbase server. Once this is done, we will be able to connect the Essbase Data Source from the RPD to Essbase 21c successfully.
