Hi Christian, can you create an Essbase application on your running instances? I have tried the following: 1. Run startMAXL.sh 2. MAXL> Login weblogic password; 3. create application test_app It is failing to create the application, which is the original error that we received.

Hi Christian, thanks for the response! That for us is where the confusion comes in, because according to the Oracle documentation, CDS is not supported yet.
