Hi Christian, We have collected the list of users from the different business groups who use this application. We use LDAP for authentication and if any user lets the Organization we inform the LDAP support team to revmove the user from the LDAP. But we have never removed the content created by theose users . Thank you Gianni, We have shared systems where the Admin tool has been insalled and these multi user systems runs on Windows server, not sure what possible solution for this as Admin tool is client tool and the way we are working is throug Windows server both contradicts ! Hi Gianni, While going through the Certification Matrix of the Admin tool 12.2.1.3 is compatable with Windows 7, 8.1, & 10 only. But our machine where the tool is installed is of Windows server 2012 R2, do we have anything available to support this version of Windows? Regards Hesh
