Hi Christian, What I know is we are using AD, not sure if any other providers are still active. But what we really need is all LDAP users and also Weblogic users to able to login. At the moment, no one can login to Answers. Weblogic user can login to Admin and EM but not able to login Answers. Regards Hesh

Thanks again FTislot, But this will bypass the cache every time, I just need only once after ETL. This was working fine as per users just recently got issues. I was reading somewhere about disable the feature PERF_PREFER_IN_LISTS, but not sure how this was working earlier. Regards
