The Word Template workaround is a successful and accepted alternative, albeit with slightly limited functionality (i.e. no Interactive output option.) We will continue to monitor all reports to see if this issue recurs as a more widespread issue.

Thank you for confirming. Looks like we're on the May 2024 patch. I'm going to go through those notes to see if there's anything that might've have inadvertently triggered this.

Still not working. This is making no sense with it not being every row. May I ask which version of BI Publisher you're using? Also — this is in OAC (Classic Home) not OTBI. Not sure if that would make a difference.

Yup. Sample data saved. The example only includes ID rows that should be returning the values but aren't, but the values are returning for other IDs.

We are good with an external template — I built it out in Word. It's the internal template builder that's causing the issue. Attaching the XPT file for reference.

This issue was due to user confusion. When content was built folders were not hidden. Alternate options presented to the customer: Unhide folder. Unhide, work on dashboard(s), rehide. Limit access to the folder to only necessary groups.
