You should be able to access the OAC Console > Content Management to view and change ownership of a dataset and other OAC Objects. Is this not what you are experiencing, or are you referring to a different area?

To add to Krishna's comment - enabling Hierarchies is currently a Limited Availability feature in Fusion Data Intelligence at the time of this comment, which is why an SR is required to be considered for getting this feature added to your environment.
