Thanks for your reply. We actually in the process of implementing Oracle OID/OUD which has this capability but we were wondering if we could implement this for the BI Reports right now.

On further inspection. I believe that the database queries and the resultant xml file is involved. Why would this run flawlessly on another server while struggling greatly on this one?
