Hi Nithin, Did you manage to resolve your issue? I just figured out how to enable the "Customize" option. If yours is working now too, please let me know what approach you used. Select Content 'Analysis' > Click Browse > Select the OTBI report Then it will allow you to update the parameter/filter:
