I have BI Server and Presentation Services and reloaded metadata. I have also tried this in Microsoft Edge and Firefox and this issue still occurs.

I created an analysis of this hierarchy column. The first parent that I am attempting to expand and not showing anything has 11 children. The total list of this specific hierarchy has 811 members.

Hi Joel I have created a new dashboard prompt and only added one column prompt. I add 3 members in the Choice List Values section and when I go to Default Selcetion and selecte Specific Values and then try to expand the hierarchy on the left (Available pane) it does not expand. Regards Johan

Hi Madasamy I created a new analysis with only one column selected and I still get the same issue so it is not an issue specific to the previous analysis, e.g. formatting, font etc. Any other suggestions from your side? Regards Johan
