Hi @User_3512R, This sounds like expected behavior. One period vs six periods could equate to a huge difference in the number of records. You may want to set defaults on these periods to return the current period only. Then allow user to select more periods as required. Regards, John

Hi @Amanda Hope, To add to what Sumanth said, we also have a KM Article for this: (Doc ID 2970167.1) in addition to the documentation. When you terminate an active instance, the associated Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse instances along with data and customizations get deleted. However, the…

Hi @Shiva Uppushetty To add to what Sumanth said, we do have an 'Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud' connection type as described here. However, this connection type only supports the CSV data format. CAA does offer more options than a CSV file. Regards, John

Hi @User_VOEDY, I don't think this issue is FDI related. You would need to ask about that here: Welcome to Cloud Customer Connect (oracle.com) Regards, John

Hi @Sathyaprakash M, For '2. Actual BIP report(from Fusion)', there is no Timestamp in BIP so you should look back to the datatype in the Fusion source. Regards, John

Hi @Anand Singh, The Formatted Excel format does have a 25k limit. So, in your Workbook, make sure you are returning all rows. Scroll down to the last record and check how many records have returned. Regards, John
-
Hi @Sathyaprakash M, We will probably need a little more information to answer this. What is the datatype in the source? Try entering a Date Format and a different Timestamp format.

Hello @Lauriane Massin Whitaker Security context has a one-to-one relationship with data roles. The contexts are earmarked for users based on data roles inherited through job roles. Security administrators can assign security context values to users to limit access. The users must have the data role through the group…

Hi @ClayJ , To add to what Ashish said, the first Workbook 'Diversity Analysis' is more general in nature and the "Diversity Analysis - Person Count" is more specific and assignment specific. Before reading the Metric Calculation Spreadsheet, you should review the Data Lineage Guide here:…

Hi @Billy Mak With an issue like this with totals, you should test it in a Generic Tabular format first. Often times, the issue is limited to the Pivot View. If the issue duplicates in the Table View, you should check aggregation settings and eliminate duplicates within one of the attributes. If you find the Total issue,…

Hi @SERGIO BARRETO , This may be an IDCS "Session Duration" setting. Per DocID: 3008618.1 User Timeouts are controlled by IDCS when IDCS is the only identity provider. To change this for a user from the FAW Console goto Security > Users > Manage Users. Then under "Identity domain" on the left select: Settings > Session…

Hi @Vibha Pandey - Oracle , I have had a similar question in the past, but the problem was that all Nationalities were displayed but only the current one was desired. This is explained in a little more detail in Doc ID 3021065.1. Diversity Analysis includes 'Country Of Citizenship' and it will show all citizenships…

Hi @User_F52SO, As Nehemias said, Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) has been renamed to Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). 1- If a company has Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP deployed, can it choose between 1- If a company has Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP deployed, can it choose between Oracle Analytics Cloud and Fusion Analytics Warehouse…

Hi @Richard Halford , Thank you for the question. It seems like you are on the right track by using Transaction Date in a calculated column. Transaction Date is 'treated as an attribute' so you should be able to use it in your calculation. When you add a column like that to a Workbook you can right click > Aggregate to…

Hi @Sathyaprakash M , Did you add Business Unit Name to this OOTB report? Its possible the User(s) have only one Business Unit assigned via the Application Role: HCM Business Unit Data Security. You should be able to set the default value for List filters like the one you displayed. Hope that helps. John

Hi Edwin, You are correct about BIP and OAC does not have the same functionality. You should post that enhancement request to the ideas lab per: How To Create An Enhancement Request In Idea Lab For Oracle Analytics (Doc ID 2662737.1) Regards, John
-
Hi @Vaigu_27 , Thank you for the question. The biggest issue with two Unions on a Pivot Table would be performance. Are you using the OAC Total functionality? What are the results in a Tabular View/Workbook? Does it make a difference if you add an additional filter "Fiscal Period is not NULL". If this does not help, maybe…
