@Nathan CCC Thank you so much! That did it. I thought I had tried CHAR but it didn't work then I realized I had to invoke that new column field in my SQL too. I so appreciate the help and screen shots.

If the user adds it as a favorite and runs it from reports and analytics, it does not prompt her and ends up failing becuase it has too many records. Then when the user goes to Browse Catalog and tries to run the favorite it opens it in Edit mode instead of run. So, in this case, favorites are not working at all when…
