Hello Ramesh, Once you logged into shared services console -> Application Groups -> EssbaseCluster-1 (Expand) - Do you see one more EssbaseCluster-1 (With Green Icon) Can you also try logging to essbase using MAXL command "login admin password on localhost" on server and post the result?
