We did find this table helpful, IRC_CX_APP_DRAFTS though we have a feeling it is outputting more incomplete applications then we thought we would have. @gclampitt Sorry, about that. Yea, it's the job application. We were able to find a table we can pull from, IRC_CX_APP_DRAFTS. Hopefully this will give us what we need.

@gclampitt for instance, if I'm applying for a job and drop off the application, close the web browser window or sign-out of the ORC site. My application would go into "Draft" or "Incomplete".

@gclampitt Do you know the time frame of when they get purged? For instance, if I complete a task today, when does the system purge the data? Is there a way to get an accurate count of task's completed vs. incomplete year over year with this process running? I don't want to stop the job and clog the system.
