I have a global customer who desperately needs this but we need this functionality although object storage maybe a work around it doesn't support dual running with OBIEE

Hi FMW is only the base you need to install OBIEE on top fmw and that's not support

@SteveF-Oracle valid point about certification. @User_3S49I If this is a new installation my initial reaction is why OBIEE is end of life, why would you not be looking to migrate to OAS 2025. You may want to check you have met all the pre-reqs ? I also had issues with ip 6 I had to disable and Selinux to permissive

@User_3S49I Is all your wls repository schemas open and not locked or expired, particularly OPSS and MDS Has anything changed recently
