Could you clarify what you mean by "console"? I typically use the Navigator and go to Tools>Reports and Analytics, then click on Browse Catalog, navigate to the OTBI report and run it manually from there. Mine was a manual ad-hoc run as well, using the Export button at the bottom of the report and looks identical to your screenshot in your original comment (Export>Data>Excel)

I just tested this on 25C and it only exported 75k rows on a report that should have exported 82k. Is it possible there is some kind of configuration?
