I tried in DVD and export not displaying the background map for PPT, PNG and PDF exports.

I am new Data Visualization and facing same issue. Which URL need to be added into safe domain? I am trying to use default USA States Layer. Have another question that how I create a Custom Layer. Not sure if can use Map Builder to create Layer and save it as JSON file. Regards, Umar
