Agreed!!! With the upgrade to R13, it is a pre-upgrade task to delete all agents. We have A LOT of users. Why should we have to drill into each user's personal BI folder to delete the agent and then have them recreate it after the upgrade. Just not a good strategy. Admin need the ability to see all agents and their details…
