Hi Venkat, I'm running BI Publisher version 12.2.1.3.0 for 32 Bit Office. I have 32 bit office and am still receiving the errors. I note that 12.2.1.4.0 doesn't have different versions for 32/64 bit? I've uninstalled and re-installed, no errors were received on install. Any other suggestions? Thanks, Paul
