Thanks for replying to my post. That is my understanding as well. I was hoping my understanding was limited and that there was some way to do this within a workbook.

This causes an issue where my work cannot get saved. If I get distracted and return to my session and click on SAVE and get the timeout pop-up, I get stuck with a spinning wheel - and my changes get lost. Truly annoying.
