Hi Brajesh, We are using this functionality of BI in our Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) application. We use BI jars for generating output files. When OSvC application is running on linux based environment it is causing this issue. Pleas let me know if you need more info regarding the env. Thanks, Pribin
