Aaron, You can do a cross subject area report using work relationship real time and assignment event real time. The 'HR Action' and 'HR Action reason' folders in assignment event real time will have the attributes that you have mentioned. I have done a sample using assignment event real time only. Thanks Raghu

Ashish, from what i could understand, you need report prompt on 'Department' that filters based on the already selected value based on 'Business Unit' prompt This can be done using the 'Prompts' tab in the analyses itself let me know if you meant anything else? for now, i would mark it as already existing Thanks Raghu

Hi Priyanka, have you tried leveraging the subject area HCM - Workforce Gains and Losses? In this you could track the people movement by Job, Manager, Grade, Location, Business Unit, Position etc. This you can analyze by HR Action and Reasons too. Raghu

Hi @JoanaFalcao , did you mean, if there is a way to export the data from an OTBI analysis to a spreadsheet without running the analysis? In the catalog, just below the report, you find the 'more' button . You click on that to find an 'export' option, which on clicked will export the analysis output to the file Raghu
