I know this is possible via the Workbook Mail Schedule option which is not visible in Sovereign Cloud for which we have logged an SR but is there an alternative using and agent subscription in FDI? Hello, yes, we need this from a self-service delivery point-of-view. We are using sovereign cloud where the Schedule option does not exist but it does exist for commercial cloud. For latter you need the BI Service Administrator role or a custom role with privileges which allow scheduling.
