Maybe you could do something within your e-mail client to set up a rule from a particular sending / subject, and then save the attachment to a local folder - and then have a tool that pushes…

it's not. Best you could probably do is use another service / process to call the service first and pull back the data to the local file system, then have data sync consume that.
