Hi Rajesh, it takes 3-5 minutes to stop and +-30 minutes to start OBIEE 12c service. I have tuned the weblogic, heapsize, pool connections as per the guidelines. but I have yet tuned the OS (tcp_fin_timeout and limits.conf) regards, ricky
