Hey , Its resolved. All i did was to open the Sqlplus and logged in as sysdba. and ran ALTER PLUGGABLE DATABSE ALL OPEN; After this I ran the start.cmd and all the servcies came up. Thanks all for you help. Special thanks @Gbenga Ajakaye for that post .

Hi Genba, Thank you for the reply. Iread the thread mentioned by you, If you are taliking about pluggable DB connection, I had done that already when installing. I am sure that the firewall is disabled for all public and private , still I will confirm t once again and revert. Regard, Ritesh S.
