maybe - but we want to be able to store this centrally on the database - I was thinking to use write back with this.

The users just want to be able run a report on Budget data and then put some simple "what if" type assumptions on top of that. Can't I do this in OBIEE? Like inflation goes up by 5% - sales fall by 2% - you get the idea.
