Hi Fabricio, I am also facing the same issue. where you able to resolve this error (Configure BI failed with oracle.bi.bar.si.exception.ServiceInstanceLifeCycleException: Failed in running all the handlers during import service instance). Please kindly share how you were able to resolve this error. Thanks.
