Please enable datastore in BICC for HR_OPERATING_UNIT. Data from this table needs to be exposed to third party reporting tool to analyze and implement business requirement which is highly dependent on data in HR_OPERATING_UNITS from BICC.

Regardless of the extract source, Primary key should remain same in all the extracts. So as to avoid rework and delay, we need a reliable extract source (UCM/ BICC application) to pull mdcsv data and share with third party reporting.
