@Sumanth V -Oracle and @RajeshPolavarapu-Oracle Thank you both. The issue is resolved. I have to log out of Zscaler to get the correct certificate. After importing that into cacerts, I was able to run the runcat.cmd with out errors and able to see the file generated.
